DBSA WV was invited to attend the WV Wellness Festival located in Morgantown at the Hazel and J.W. Ruby Community Park on July 13, 2024. The festival was hosted by Forgiven Warrior and Sponsored by Dynamic Physical Therapy. There were many other organizations from the community in attendance also. DBSA WV had a display table set up where we gave out DBSA pamphlets, ink pens, and flyers, along with helping to spread the word about the free peer-led support groups we offer here in West Virginia. We were about to not only help get the word out about DBSA WV to the other organizations, but also learn of other resources in the community that are available. The WV Wellness Festival was a wonderful event and we here at DBSA WV look forward to attending more in the future.
